In-House vs. Hosted Licensing?

With an In-House License, you get both server-side and client-side Logic Protect packages. You'll install and configure Logic Protect to run on your own server. It is a one-time purchase without any royalty payments.

If you do not have an ability or just do not want to keep administrative part of Logic Protect on your server, we will be happy to host it for you on our web-server. We will install and configure Logic Protect and provide you with an address and an administrative account.

All payments are made on a secure and private basis through PayPal. We offer a 30-day refund policy for any hosted package, no questions asked. There are no long-term obligations: you can cancel your account any time. If you decide to cancel your account after 30 days, you will be charged only for the current month. If you ever decide that you want to switch to an In-House License, you will be able to transfer the hosted Logic Protect database to your own server.

By accepting your application source code for the integration process we guarantee that all the information you provide will never be disclosed to other parties and will be kept in total privacy.

Upgrade Policy

Users with a valid Gold Subscription are entitled to all new versions free of charge.

All users without Gold Subscription are eligible to receive free minor updates and bug fixes within the version they've purchased. E.g. if you've purchased version 7.1.0 you'll be entitled to any minor update: 7.1.1, 7.1.2, etc.
However the upgrade to the next version (e.g. 7.2.x will be available for a fee: 70% of the list price).

Grace period: if you purchase within 30 days of an upgrade, you will receive that upgrade free of charge.
