install and configure Logic Protect and provide you with an address and an administrative account.
If you ever decide that you want to host
Logic Protect by yourself, you will be able to transfer Logic Protect database to your server.
Please note that you need to obtain at least one Developer's or EXE Creator license to sign-up for the hosted package.

Upgrade Policy
Users with a valid Gold Subscription are entitled to all new versions free of charge.
All users without Gold Subscription are eligible to receive free minor updates and bug fixes within the version they've purchased. E.g. if you've purchased version 7.1.0 you'll be entitled to any minor update: 7.1.1, 7.1.2, etc.
However the upgrade to the next version (e.g. 7.2.x will be available for a fee: 70% of the list price).
Grace period: if you purchase within 30 days of an upgrade, you will receive that upgrade free of charge.
